Return Policy – Lucy & Eve Sydney

1. Return Period

Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. The product must be returned within this 30-day return period.

2. Return Conditions

For change-of-mind returns, a return will only be accepted if:

  • The product is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Tags and original packaging are included where reasonably possible

  • The product shows no signs of use, perfume, make-up stains, or damage

  • The return has been requested in advance via info@lucyandeve.com

These conditions do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. For products that are damaged, incorrect, or defective, return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

As our products may be processed through international suppliers, the return address may differ from our company address. Always contact us first to receive the correct return address and instructions.

4. How to Request a Return

Send an email to info@lucyandeve.com including:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Email address used to place the order

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos if the product arrived damaged or incorrect

5. Refunds

For approved change-of-mind returns, once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method.

Original shipping and return costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds and other remedies for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

6. Exceptions

Change-of-mind returns may be refused if products are worn, washed, damaged, incomplete, or returned outside the 30-day return period.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to remedies for products that fail to meet consumer guarantees.

Important: Please contact us before sending a return package to receive the correct return instructions. Packages sent to an incorrect address may experience processing delays.
