At Lucy & Eve Sydney, we offer free shipping with Track & Trace throughout Australia.

1. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, the estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days. Delivery times may vary due to transportation issues, customs procedures, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after the carrier has processed your parcel.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia, including Track & Trace. No standard shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@lucyandeve.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, we will assist you in checking the tracking information. A parcel will not automatically be considered lost if the tracking information has not been updated temporarily.

Each situation will be reviewed individually with the relevant shipping carrier, in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.

7. Customs and Import Duties

For shipments originating from international suppliers, customs or import procedures may affect delivery times. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional charges will be handled in accordance with Australian law. Any charges payable by the customer will be clearly disclosed where required by law.
